Student Support
Working families need afterschool care to fill the gap between the end of the children’s school day and the end of the work day. The afterschool programs of PUSD offer academics, athletics, music, art and other subjects that engage students in safe settings so that parents can complete their work day without worry.
After School Programs
Pasadena LEARNs positively impacts the lives of children, parents, and families by offering afterschool enrichment, leadership development, and educational opportunities that are innovative, complement to the regular school day, and prepare youth for a global society. PasadenaLEARNs serves more than 3,000 students daily at 22 school elementary, middle and high school campuses in PUSD. For more information, go to the Pasadena LEARNs web page.
PUSD also partners with other local organizations to provide additional after-school programs on certain campuses. Contact your school or the Pasadena LEARNs department to learn more about other high-quality after-school options.
